I am Kim Brown the principal of Vinemont Elementary School.  I have been very fortunate to have twenty-nine wonderful years in education, and I am very blessed to be at Vinemont Elementary School.  Vinemont Elementary School strives daily to create wonderful, loving, and enriching educational settings for all of our students.  We are fortunate to have a wonderful school counselor, Lanza Willoughby, that works with our students and parents.  Our students participate in the Alabama Math Science Technology Initiative, as well as, weekly library, and music classes.  We have excellent classroom teachers with many years of experience and a variety of expertise.  We are one of only three schools in Cullman County with a CALT certified teacher, Becky Nelson, who works specifically with students diagnosed with dyslexia.  We also, thanks to Coach Josh Drake, have one of the best elementary archery programs not only in Alabama, but in the United States.  What we have at Vinemont Elementary is special.  It is a place for our students to start on their path to a successful future, and the faculty and staff of VES are honored to be a part of that process.  Go Eagles!!!!
